1) In the case where it is proven that the company is at fault, i.e. the wrong product has been sent or the product is defective, then the product is returned at our expense and can be replaced with another item or the corresponding amount of money returned to you, upon notification to you within 5 working days from receipt.
2) In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, and the product is simply not to the customer's liking, then the customer has the right to return the product within the next 5 working days with shipping costs charged to him .
Returns are accepted after consultation and as long as the products have not been used and are in their original packaging. In the case of opened or used packaging and in general in any case of alteration of their original condition, the return is not accepted.

Cancellation of Orders
